I went through some forums on MSDN and find out that these binaries should be backward compatible - in other words - this driver should work on Windows XP as well. built the XPS sample driver using Vista free x86 environment. I would like to use XPS sample drivers delivered with WDK on Windows XP, however, it does not work.
